Terms and Conditions

Scope

Losda is a platform where private individuals offer, sell and give away used children's clothing, toys and accessories.

Our role

We provide the platform and don't become a party to any contract. The sales contract is formed exclusively between the members involved. Payment and handover are arranged by the members themselves.

Reservation, not instant purchase

A reservation is a request. It only becomes binding once the offering person confirms it. After that, both parties' contact details are shared with each other.

Rules for listings

Listings must be truthful and may only concern items for children. Prohibited items include, among others, safety-recalled products, counterfeit branded goods, and anything that violates applicable law.

Moderation

We may hide or delete listings that violate these rules, and suspend accounts for repeated violations.

Ratings

Ratings are possible after completed transactions and must stay factual. We remove abusive ratings.

Liability

Members are liable for the content of their listings and the condition of the items. We're only liable for operating the platform in cases of intent and gross negligence.

Changes

We may amend these terms. We'll announce significant changes on the platform in advance.
